How To Order
You have 3 payment options, namely via Credit Cards, via Mail Orders, or via Bank Transfer.

To add a product into your shopping cart, please click on the 'add to cart' button that is showing on the product details page. To view the details & descriptions of a selected title, click on the 'click here for details' link or the cover image.

From the shopping cart you can:

• update the quantity or remove any of the selected items.
• checkout and complete your order. You will then be directed to fill in the payment and shipping information to complete your order.

You can view the items that are selected in your shopping cart by clicking the following checkout button that is showing on the top of each page.

Payment Methods

1. Pay by Credit Cards
all transactions are 100% secured and protected by 128-bits SSL technology.

By PayPal

PayPal is the authorized payment processor of AllAnimeDVD. No PayPal account is required. Once your order payment is approved and completed, we will proceed to process and ship your order..

** To make your payment via PayPal without using the shopping cart, please include the followings:

• the list of titles you want to purchase by the product ID number shown on our website
• your name & your shipping address
• preferred shipping method: (standard or overnight express shipping) >
• your paypal registered email address

You can then place your order directly from your PayPal account by sending your payment to buyanime@allanimedvd.com. We will send you a confirmation email after we have received your order.


2. Pay by International Money Order / Check / Cash (further 2% OFF)
For customers do not have a credit card, or do not wish to use credit cards, payment can be made by international money order, check, or cash. Please send us the followings to sales@allanimedvd.com:

• the titles you want to purchase by the product ID number shown on our website
• your name & your shipping address
• preferred shipping method: (standard or overnight express shipping)
• preferred payment method: international money order, check, or cash.

Your order will be confirmed within the next 12 hours with payment total and instructions given.


3. Bank Wire-Transfer / Western Union Transfer (2% OFF)
For order size over $200, you can choose to make your payment by international Bank Wire-Transfer or Western Union Transfer. Please list the titles by Product ID's that you want to buy and send us an email at support@allanimedvd.com
Transfer payments will usually be completed in 1-2 days.

Inventory Availability & Titles Request
As our commitment towards our customers, we always try our best to ensure that items are available and ready to be shipped. Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped to you within 1 business days. DVD's are region free and they can be viewed by any DVD players.

Sometimes, due to the high demand of some titles/products or delays from our manufacturer, certain items may become out of stock and back-ordered. These items will be shipped to you as soon as our inventory is refilled, with no additional handling or shipping charges needed. We refill our stock 3 to 5 times weekly.

It is our highest concern of our customers satisfaction. We provide fast and satisfactory customer support to our customers. Also, you are always welcomed to request items that are not listed for sale on our website. Please send your request to request@allanimedvd.com. As soon as the requested titles are confirmed, we will inform you immediately via email.

What are the cosplay costume sizes?
All anime cosplay costumes come in sizes small (S), medium (M), large (L), and extra-large (XL), where upon request size XS or XXL will be available for most of the costumes. For any size concerns on a particular costume, please contact us for details.

What are cosplay shoes sizes?
The cosplay shoes are listed in men sizes: small (S) = 38, medium (M) = 40, large (L) = 42, and extra-large (XL) = 44, where upon request size XS (36) will be available. These are in European sizes and the following is the shoe size conversion charts:

Buy A Gift Certificate
Buy a gift certificate for your family and friends, and to let them choose and get what they want! There are no fees or expiration dates for gift certificate purchases or redemptions. We do not charge a maintenance fee on the unused balance of a gift certificate.

If you place an order and notice an error, please e-mail us at support@allanimedvd.com immediately so that we may correct your order on time. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the order that is already in transit.
If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail us at support@allanimedvd.com so that we can confirm your order or follow up your problems. Rarely but sometimes due to an incorrect email entered by the customer or paypal notification failure, we are not being informed after you placed your order.

Order Confirmation
Upon successful credit card payment transaction, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. Please review the items you have purchased as we will process them directly as instructed. We take no responsibility on any mistakes being made by the customer. We will then confirm your order shipment via email after your order is shipped.

If no confirmation email is being received, please check and make sure a valid email address has been entered with your order. If an email address provided is invalid or has a typo mistake, the system will be unable to send you a notification. For customers who are using emails such as yahoo, hotmail, aol, or similar ones, please kindly check your email filter settings in order to receive emails or responses from us smoothly.

Order Cancellation
We process your order immediately and usually your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Cancellation of an order can only be made within 24 hours after it is placed. Kindly notify us by e-mail at cancel@allanimedvd.com quoting your transaction number and your full name. Any notification to cancel an order received after 24 hours will be deemed as void and the order will be considered as a successful transaction.

Please take note that any cancellation made will be charged for the shipping & handling fee for your order processing/restocking and banker's fees. Please understand that this charge will be incurred either for successful or unsuccessful transactions.

Exchange/Return Policies
Exchange is free of charge when the following conditions are met:

• The items are damaged during the delivery
• Wrong item is delivered (product has to be unopened.)
• Problems are reported within 2 days after you received the order.

Customers are required to send the items back to us and notify us immediately via email as soon as the problem is found. Exchange will be issued when the returned items are proven to met the above conditions.

Any refunds are excluded with the banker's fees, shipping cost, and restocking fee which amounts to 15% of the total cost. You are required to provide us with your transaction number and your full name.

No items will be accepted with the reason such as "I don't like the anime", or without any proper reasons given. No used cosplay costumes and accessories will be accepted for return. All sales are final.

We do not accept any items that are used or damaged by customers, and returning shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Shipping fee is not refundable for any orders with errors caused by the customer.

When you place your order with us, you have agreed all terms stated.

Wholesales Enquirie
For wholesales order enquries, please send e-mail to us at wholesales@allanimedvd.com for quotes and details. Wholesale buyers are ready to place order at minimum $800 (after wholesale discount). Preferred payment method is by Bank Wire-Transfer/Western Union Transfer. Transfer payments will usually be completed in 2-3 days.

How do I join/get membership?
For a low membership fee of just $10 per 6 months, you will get a 8% OFF offer from ALL orders you placed during your membership time. All other discount offers also apply to all members. Discounts also apply to on sales items!!

After you have joined our membership, you will be issued a username & password pair instantly so that you can access to our members area to buy the anime's with a even lower price!!

What is the currency?
All prices are in USD currency.
If you are paying by credit cards in other currencies, the charges will be converted to your currency automatically by your credit card bank. If you are paying by international money order, check, or cash, please contact us at support@allanimedvd.com to confirm the currency exchange rate from USD to your currency.

Shipping Information

Do you ship the orders world-wide?
Yes, we accept and ship orders world-wide at low discounted rates for you. We ship via 1st class registered and insured mail/parcel. Unlike other sellers who are trying to save shipping cost by sending orders out with opened shipments, we ship all orders in sealed condition for quality protection. Insurance for the shipment is included. We pay all over weight shipping fee, and we waive the shipping charges if you have ordered over $300.

For large order to destinations such as Australia, and Europe, shipment is required to be upgraded and shipped with EMS or UPS courier delivery at discounted rates. Discounted shipping upgrade fee would need to be completed prior to shipment for these orders.

What is the Shipping and Handling Charges

* We pay all over-weight fees and any extra charges so that you always only have to pay the flat low shipping fee for your order. Usually you will only be paying 60% or less on the actual shipping fee, and we will pay the rest for you! Buy more and save more! *$23.00 to upgrade shipping from standard to piority express.

Shipping Options
1. Standard International Registered & Insured Air

It will normally take approximately 6-12 business days for the shipment to reach most destinations world-wide. In certain cases or for certain locations, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking number of shipment will be provided to you from our shipment confirmation email. Occasionally custom cleareance will delay the delivery a little, please be patient and allow enough time for delivery. Insurance for the shipment is included.

2. Piority Handling & Express Shipping

Buy more, save more!! For only $23.00 more, your order will be delivered to most destinations within 2-4 business days. Please note that shipping time excluded processing time. Express tracking number of shipment will be provided to you from our shipment confirmation email. This upgrade only applies to standard orders, and free shipping orders excluded. Please read our shipping fees table. Insurance for the shipment is included.

3. Courrier Express Shipping | UPS

For customers who prefer to use courrier services such as FedEX and UPS, please contact us at support@allanimedvd.com for quotes that the shipping charge of your order will vary depending on the size of your order. A seperate courrier shipping payment will need to be completed prior to your order shipment. If you have your own account number with the above express couriers, please provide it for the shipment.
Express courier shipping companies require your contact number for delivery and please remember to include it with your order to avoid unncessary delays on processing.

Product Packaging
All items are brand new and factory sealed.

Single DVD products are attractively packed in deluxe plastic boxes to enable excellent protection to the discs so that you will always receive your items in good conditions.

Multiple DVD's products are packed in a thicker deluxe fold-out box sets similar to the single DVD packaging.

Music CD's and DVD's are in original shrink wrapped boxes.
