How To Order
You have 3 payment options, namely via Credit Cards,
via Mail Orders, or via Bank Transfer.
To add a product
into your shopping cart, please click on the 'add to cart' button
that is showing on the product details page. To view the details
& descriptions of a selected title, click on the 'click here
for details' link or the cover image.
From the shopping cart you can:

Inventory Availability & Titles Request
As our commitment towards our customers, we always try our best
to ensure that items are available and ready to be shipped. Items
that are in stock will be processed and shipped to you within 1
business days.
Sometimes, due
to the high demand of some titles/products or delays from our manufacturer,
certain items may become out of stock and back-ordered. Items that
are in stock will be shipped out first, and back-ordered items will
be shipped to you as soon as our inventory is refilled, with no
additional handling or shipping charges needed. We refill our stock
3 to 6 times weekly.
It is our highest
concern of our customers satisfaction. We provide fast and satisfactory

What are the cosplay costume sizes?

All anime cosplay costumes come in sizes small (S), medium (M),
large (L), and extra-large (XL), where some costumes have size from
XXS to XXXL as well. For special large size such as XXXL for few
costumes, there is a small service charge required by the manufacturer.
Customers can also request tailor made sizes for a particular costume,
and the tailor/manufacturer will charge a small 3-5% ($2-$7) on
top of the costume price. We won't charge you alot like the other
sellers for custom-sized costumes. For any size concerns, please
contact us for details.

What are cosplay shoes sizes?
The cosplay shoes are listed in men sizes: small (S) = 38, medium
(M) = 40, large (L) = 42, and extra-large (XL) = 44, where upon
request size XS (36) will be available. These are
in European sizes and the following is the shoe size conversion

Custom made anime costume order
Custom
made costumes are available. Now you can wear any of your favourite
anime character's costume! Please forward your wanted costume with
a picture of the anime character or your own design to place your
order. Allow 2 weeks for making the costume for 1st order, and minimum
5 pieces per order. For the 2nd or later orders on the same costumes,
the processing and making time will be back to normal at 1-3 days.

Buy
A Gift Certificate
Buy a gift certificate for your family and friends, and to let them
choose and get what they want! There are no fees or expiration dates
for gift certificate purchases or redemptions. We do not charge
a maintenance fee on the unused balance of a gift certificate.

Order Processing
Your orders will be processed 24/7 that we have our own process
crew and manufacturer working for you all the time. Orders for items
that are in stock are usually shipped within the same day or 1-2
business days after the order payment is cleared. Please note that
there is also payment clearing time, especially for buyers paying
by a pending echeck payment that will take up to 1 week for clearing.
Other items such as pillow cases, t-shirts require time for making
will take 2-6 business days for processing depending on stocks availability.
Order with costumes in particular size may take a short time for
tailoring. Occassionally when there are temporarily sold and back-ordered
items, we will try to get them restocked as soon as possible. Items
that are in stock will be shipped out first, and back-ordered items
will be shipped out afterwards without additional split shipping
cost. It will take up to 1-2 weeks sometimes in order to allow the
manufacturer/supplier to have sufficient time to produce the next
stocks available.
If you place
an order and notice an error, please e-mail us at support@allanimedvd.com
immediately so that we may correct your order on time. If your order
has already been shipped, we are unable to change the order that
is already in transit.
If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or
feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail
us at support@allanimedvd.com
so that we can confirm your order or follow up your problems.
** Rarely but sometimes due to an incorrect email entered by the
customer, or paypal notification system failure, we are not being
informed after you placed your order. You should have received an
order confirmation email from us after you placed the order, if
not, please email us to make sure your order is placed or we are
notified.

Order Confirmation (Emails filtering/blocking
issue)
Upon successful credit card payment transaction, an e-mail will
be sent to you to confirm your order. Please review the items you
have purchased as we will process them directly as instructed. We
take no responsibility on any mistakes being made by the customer.
Please make sure you give us the correct mailing address and email
address. We will then confirm your order shipment via email after
your order is shipped.
If no confirmation email is being received, please check and make
sure a valid email address has been entered with your order. If
an email address provided is invalid or has a typo mistake, the
system will be unable to send you a notification.
* For customers who are using emails such as yahoo,
hotmail/msn, aol, comcast,
gmail, and sbcglobal.net, and some other
emails, the emails that we sent are sometimes not being received
by the customers due to the provider's email filter. The email is
undelivered/blocked without a reason provided. The emails are just
disappeared without bouncing back to us so that both the customer
and we will not know the email is undelivered.
This problem happens to yahoo, comcast, aol, gmail &
hotmail email users most frequently that buyers do not
get our shipment confirmation emails or responded emails. yahoo
sometimes blocks emails from yahoo users itself so please try not
to use yahoo email to contact us. Please kindly check your junk
email folder and set your email filter settings in order to receive
emails or responses from us smoothly. Please try to use another
email to contact us when necessary. For shipped orders, we send
shipment confirmation emails and please check your filter or the
junk mail folder.
There are somehow quite alot of buyers both do not receive our shipment
confirmation email due to filtering, and do not receive the notice
being left by the postal services on their mailboxs/doorsteps. Please
check your email and mailbox first as the shipment has most likely
already arrived while you sent us an email.

Order Cancellation
We process your order immediately and usually your order will be
shipped within 24 hours. Cancellation of an order can only be made
within 24 hours after it is placed. Kindly notify us by e-mail at
cancel@allanimedvd.com
quoting your transaction number and your full name as soon as possible.
We ship orders immediately and if your order is already shipped,
it cannot be cancelled. Any notification to cancel an order received
after 24 hours will be deemed as void and the order will be considered
as a successful transaction. If you made a mistake in your order,
you can simply tell us to fix the mistake. A shipped order cannot
be cancelled, and for any delivery problems caused by your local
postal services please check with your local post office.
Please take
note that any cancellation made will be charged for the shipping
& handling fee for your order processing/restocking and banker's
fees. Please understand that this charge will be incurred either
for successful or unsuccessful transactions.

Exchange/Return Policies
Exchange is free of charge when the following conditions are met:
- The
items are damaged during the delivery
- Wrong
item is delivered (product has to be unopened/unused.)
- Problems
are reported within 2 days after you received the order.
Customers
are required to send the items back to us and notify us immediately
via email as soon as the problem is found. Exchange will be issued
when the returned items are proven to met the above conditions.
No return will be accepted without authorization.
Any refunds are excluded with the banker's fees, shipping cost,
and restocking fee which amounts to 15% of the total cost.
You are required to provide us with your transaction number and
your full name.
No items will
be accepted with the reason such as "I don't like the item",
or without any proper reasons given. No used cosplay costumes and
accessories will be accepted for return. All sales are final.
We do not accept
any items that are used or damaged by customers. If a mistake was
made by the customers, we will not be responsible for the return
& re-shipping fees. Returning shipping cost shall be paid by
the customer.. Shipping fee is not refundable for any orders with
errors caused by the customer.

Wholesales Enquirie
For
wholesales order enquries, please send e-mail to us at wholesales@allanimedvd.com
for quotes and details. Wholesales are opened for all products including
DVDs, soundtrack CDs, cosplay toys and costumes. Wholesale buyers
are ready to place order at minimum $600 (after wholesale discount).
Preferred payment method is by Bank Wire-Transfer/Western Union
Transfer. Transfer payments will usually be completed in 2-3 days.

How do I join membership for discount?
For a low membership fee of just $10 per 6 months, you
will get a 8% OFF offer from DVD's orders you placed

Yes, we accept and ship orders to most destinations world-wide at
flat-rated low discounted rates for you. We ship via registered
and insured mail/parcel. Insurance for the shipment is included.
We pay all over weight shipping fees being charged by the postal
services. Customers will only pay 60% or less for the actual
shipping fee.

take approximately 6-12 business days for the shipment to reach
most destinations world-wide. In certain cases or for certain locations,
it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking number of shipment

your email filter or junk folder. the email filter problem is stated
on on the Order Confirmation section of this FAQ)
Occasionally for some countries, customs cleareance will delay the
delivery a while, please be patient and allow enough time for delivery.
We and the postal services are not responsible for the short delays
caused by your country customs. Insurance for the shipment is included.
For the U.S, the delivery status could be checked at www.usps.com.
For the Canada, the delivery status could be checked at www.canadapost.ca
For the U.K, the delivery status could be checked at www.royalmail.com
For other countries, you can check the delivery status with your
local postal services and some of them only offer status for express
& parcel mails.

delivered to most destinations within 2-4 business days. Please
note that shipping time excluded processing time, and occassionally

customs cleareance will delay the delivery a little, please be patient
and allow enough time for delivery. We and the postal services are
not responsible for the short delays caused by your country customs
according to the postal regulations. Express tracking number of
shipment will be provided to you from our shipment confirmation

for the shipment is included.
** For Canadian & Italian buyers, parcel large shipment &
express shipment required contact phone number for delivery by the
Canada/Italy policy. Please remember to include your contact number

the above express couriers, please provide it for the shipment.
Express courier shipping companies require your contact
number for delivery and please remember to include it with
your order to avoid unncessary delays on processing.

do not hold responsibilities for shipping delays or losts due to
the incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Holidays Shipping Details

Due to the coming Chinese new year holidays from 17Jan to
02Feb for some manufacturers/suppliers, some items that
are temporary back-ordered will be restocked and shipped after the
holidays. Available items will be processed and shipped normally.

All items are brand new and factory sealed. Cosplay costumes are
new in transparent plastic bags, and cosplay toys & accessories
are new in original boxes and bags.
Single
DVD products are attractively packed in deluxe plastic boxes to
enable excellent protection to the discs so that you will always
receive your items in good conditions.
Multiple DVD's
products are packed in a thicker deluxe fold-out box sets similar
to the single DVD packaging.
Music CD's and DVD's are in original shrink wrapped boxes.

Security & Privacy Information
Transactions Security & Fraud
Reporting 
128-bits SSL (secured socket layer) to process and protect sensitive
data during the online transactions. All data are kept confidential
and will never be disclosed.
* We take all measures and legal actions to fight fraudulent buyers.
All order information, postal services tracking results, and orders
associated details will be disclosed and used for fraud investigation.
We will counter-dispute and report the crime to the buyer's credit
card bank, and we will report the fraudulent cases to the buyer's
local police force as a criminal robbing issue as well. We had successfully
reported some fraudulent criminals to their country's local police
force for prosecution, and have the payment returned back to us.
It will affect the fraudulent buyer's credits with the banks, and
the fraudulent buyer will be liable to legal consequencs and any
fees incurred including but not limited to attorney fees and collection
agency fees. We promise to not let the fraudulent cheating buyers
to get away for free, in order to keep the online marketplace a
